If you need to book or change an existing appointment, please do so by going to curatedsalonmt.glossgenius.com. To cancel an appointment, please call or text (406)475-4330. As we do not have a receptionist, please allow 24-48 hours for a response. We try our best to respond to email, instagram and facebook messages but those can be very hard to keep up with. Refunds: All products are final sale. Refunds on services will not be offered. Exceptions can be made under your stylists discretion. Redo’s: We want everyone to LOVE their hair when they leave the salon. If you are not liking how your hair turned out, please reach out within 3 days post your scheduled appointment to schedule another, free of charge. Your stylist is human too, and cannot learn from their mistakes if they are not given a chance to correct them. If you reach out after 3 days, a fee may be charged for product or a new service. Exceptions can be made under your stylist's discretion. At Curated Salon, all stylists operate as independent booth renters. This means they run their own businesses and set their own schedules, pricing, and policies. While we provide a professional and supportive environment for our stylists, Curated Salon is not liable for the actions or services of individual booth renters. If you have a concern regarding a stylist, please feel free to reach out to Chloe directly in a professional manner. Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you incur more than 3 cancelled appointments, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit before booking your next appointment. A 100% fee will be charged for not showing up to your appointment. If you no show one appointment, a 50% deposit will be required to book your next appointment. After 3 missed appointments, you will no longer be able to book services at Curated. At Curated, we understand life happens and exceptions can be made under your stylists discretion.
